As a DMS client, however, you must acknowledge that access restrictions, by their nature are capable of bypass and DMS cannot guarantee that the services cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.

DMS R.I.M.S. clients must at all times maintain as confidential its user names and passwords. If client is a corporation or other business entity, then it may allow employees to use its user name and password, but the Client shall be responsible for all activity and charges incurred by such employees. Permitting third parties to use DMS Record Information Management Services is prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. If a security breach occurs with respect to any account, Client must immediately request to change its password by notifying DMS by calling 888-475-2728 . Client will be liable for any unauthorized use of R.I.M.S. until DMS is notified of the security breach.

Information That DMS Collects

Many websites collect two types of information from visitors and users of the website. Personal Information (which may include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and anonymous General Information (such as how many users log onto our website). Unless you provide it to us voluntarily, we do not collect any Personal Information in connection with your use of DMSMidwest.com.

This policy outlines ways you can verify the accuracy of any Personal Information and how you can request we delete or update your Personal Information. By providing your personal information to us via this website, you agree to the terms of this notice and to receive communications from us.

How We Use The Information
